About the RoleOlly Olly is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-velocity outbound sales team in our Austin office. This is an in office 5 days a week (M-F), hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, execution, and performance management, not strategy decks or remote oversight.
You'll own a team of 10-12 SMB-focused sales reps, with a mandate to drive consistency, accountability, and measurable improvement through live coaching, call reviews, and clear expectations.

What You'll OwnTeam Leadership & Sales Execution- Directly manage 10-12 outbound sales reps based in Austin
- Maintain a strong on-the-floor presence, coaching live calls and supporting reps in real time
- Run daily team rhythms including:
- Morning huddles
- Live coaching blocks
- Pipeline and forecast reviews
- End-of-day accountability recaps
- Track and manage performance across:
- Dials
- Talk time
- Show rate
- Close rate
- Partner with recruiting, People Ops and leadership to help build and maintain a strong bench of talent
- Step into demos or prospect conversations as needed to model best-in-class behavior
- Own team forecasting and communicate risks, trends, and wins to sales leadership
Coaching, Call Review & Development- Review and coach from real calls daily (live and recorded)
- Run structured, purposeful 1:1s with clear feedback and action plans
- Identify performance patterns and coach reps toward consistent improvement
- Hold reps accountable to feedback implementation, not just awareness
- Support new hire ramp and ensure reps hit benchmarks on time
Process, Accountability & Culture- Reinforce clear expectations around activity, execution, and professionalism
- Address performance issues early and document appropriately
- Support a culture of effort, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Balance empathy with standards where high performers and underperformers are held to the same bar
What We're Looking ForMust-Haves- 2-4+ years of frontline sales management experience, ideally leading 10-12 reps
- Hands-on experience managing inside sales teams operating in a high-volume, phone-driven environment.
- Background in B2B, SaaS, or transactional SMB sales
- Experience coaching from call recordings and live call sessions
- Strong command of sales metrics and performance management
- Proven ability to develop underperforming reps through tactical coaching
- Comfortable working onsite in Austin, Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
- Clear communicator who leads with consistency and follow-through
Nice-to-Haves- Experience selling or managing teams selling digital marketing, SEO, or lead generation solutions
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Experience in high-volume outbound environments
- Exposure to scaling teams in fast-growing organizations
