Job Description Summary:

As a Sales Manager - Foodservice, you will help accelerate growth in one of the most dynamic segments of our North America business: foodservice. This role plays a critical part in shaping partnerships that bring Coca-Cola beverages to life across dining occasions and on-premise experiences. You will manage key accounts, enhance category performance, and lead joint planning that aligns Coca-Cola's portfolio strength with operator objectives.

We are looking for a strategic relationship builder with proven sales experience-ideally within foodservice-who thrives in a highly collaborative environment and is skilled at converting insights into execution. What You'll Do for Us
  • Develop annual business plans for assigned customers to forecast revenues, volume, and investments.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track progress, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities with key decision makers.
  • Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships within customer organizations to drive joint objectives.
  • Activate Coca-Cola's full system resources-including marketing, finance, and operations-to deliver tailored solutions and grow the beverage category.
  • Perform outlet-level visits and operational assessments to identify compliance gaps, optimize execution, and uncover opportunities.
  • Transform customer insights into actionable plans using data on financial performance, traffic trends, and purchase patterns.
  • Negotiate new programs and renewals, demonstrating a clear understanding of value creation for both Coca-Cola and the customer.
  • Anticipate market and channel trends to recommend business-building ideas and collaborate across teams to turn plans into results.
  • Coordinate with bottling and distribution partners to guarantee seamless implementation of programs and initiatives.
  • Use CRM and analytics tools to manage forecasting, monitor results, and maintain accurate pipeline visibility.


Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • 3+ years of successful account management or sales experience; Foodservice channel experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in building customer plans, managing negotiations, and delivering results against targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data and apply insights to influence customer plans.
  • Skilled communicator with ability to engage senior stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience activating marketing or operational initiatives within multi-location operator environments.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings.
  • Digital fluency with CRM systems and reporting tools; ability to leverage data visualization for decision making.
  • Proven ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based culture that spans geographies and functions.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations for planning meetings and execution reviews.
