Sales Manager - Commercial Division

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Reports To: Regional VP of Sales
Position Overview

Diversified Roofing is seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow our Commercial Division. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies focused on roofing systems, wall paneling, and full building envelope solutions. The Sales Manager will lead a team, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth across complex commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share
  • Identify and pursue high-value project opportunities ($250K+)
  • Establish sales targets and performance metrics
  • Manage pipeline activity and revenue forecasting

Business Development
  • Build relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, and owners
  • Identify opportunities in roofing, wall panels, and envelope systems
  • Lead presentations, proposals, and negotiations

Team Management
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Provide coaching on technical knowledge and sales strategy
  • Drive accountability and performance culture

Technical Expertise
  • Act as a subject matter expert in roofing and building envelope systems
  • Collaborate with estimating and operations teams

Client & Project Oversight
