Full Job Description
THE ROLE:

We are seeking a North America Commercial / Enterprise Sales Leader to accelerate revenue growth and expand market share for AMD client products within Dell's Commercial and Enterprise business. As a key member of the AMD North America Dell account team and field organization, this individual will develop, execute, and own the Commercial / Enterprise sell-through and sell-out strategy across North America.

This role will serve as a key AMD sales leader across Dell, channel partners, customers, and internal AMD stakeholders, building the relationships, programs, and sales motions needed to accelerate demand and drive AMD adoption. The successful candidate will combine strategic account leadership with hands-on execution, influencing Dell sellers and customers while delivering against unit, revenue, and market-share objectives.

Success requires strong sales and business acumen, executive-level relationship management, operational discipline, and the ability to build and lead highly effective virtual teams through influence. This individual will align Dell sellers, AMD field teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategy into measurable business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the face of AMD for Dell North America Commercial and Enterprise Client, building strategic relationships and leading customer and executive engagements.
  • Develop and execute sell-out strategies and account plans to grow revenue and market share across AMD's commercial client portfolio.
  • Engage, enable, and influence Dell sales teams to increase AMD consideration and adoption, accelerate revenue growth, and drive market-share gains.
  • Build and lead effective virtual teams across Dell sellers, AMD BDEs, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute against shared sales priorities.
  • Implement scalable sales and technical support processes to improve execution and customer success.
  • Orchestrate AMD, Dell, channel, and technical resources to develop and close strategic customer opportunities.
  • Align sales programs, messaging, and enablement initiatives across Dell, AMD, and strategic partners.
  • Lead pricing discussions and negotiations with Dell, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and Salesforce accuracy, ensuring alignment with AOP targets and business objectives.


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Proven success in commercial or enterprise technology sales, account management, channel sales, or a comparable customer-facing sales leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial client market and understanding of CPU, GPU, NPU, and AI PC technologies, products, and customer use cases.
  • Significant experience working with Dell and a strong understanding of its Commercial / Enterprise sales organization, routes to market, and partner ecosystem strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing sales strategies and programs that drive revenue, market share, and customer adoption.
  • Proven ability to influence large, complex organizations and lead virtual, cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience negotiating and closing complex customer and partner opportunities.
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, and QBR/EBR leadership experience.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve sales effectiveness, customer insights, account planning, analysis, or productivity.
  • Ability to articulate how AI and AI PCs can improve commercial and enterprise workflows and deliver meaningful customer value.


ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
