Full Job Description
In this position, you will lead a team responsible for executing the Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy for Apple's Carrier business in Canada, including coverage plans, breakthrough initiatives, and innovative solutions to solve challenges and achieve sales targets. You will cultivate relationships with internal and external partners to develop capabilities, craft scalable plans and programs, and ensure flawless execution, resulting in exceptional customer and partner experiences. Through your leadership and inspiration, you and your team will drive expanded adoption of the Apple ecosystem and help transform the way people work. In this role, you will: - Lead a team responsible for driving Apple's business and achieving peak performance in revenue and objectives across an assigned territory - Ensure business operations run seamlessly and the Apple customer experience is exceptionally delivered through your committed leadership and role modelling - Provide encouragement and support to team members, including communicating individual and team goals, identifying areas for mentoring and guidance, and implementing development programs to elevate skills and knowledge - Build and implement Apple's go-to-market (GTM) plan for your Route-to-Market (RTM), collaborating with your team to strategically fund, prioritize, and coordinate partner activities and manage demand generation; Motivate your team to optimize each partnership to deliver market growth objectives - Drive RTM business plans by influencing and collaborating cross-functionally with key partners; Work closely with partner leadership to build and execute business development plans while enabling success through programs, training, and tools - Develop impactful relationships with country partners and senior leadership to develop joint sales, business, and marketing plans to grow Apple products and our range of accessories. - Report performance against targets based on competitive market trends and provide meaningful insights, recommendations, and feedback - Network with key contacts outside own area of expertise to define broad, holistic strategies and build divisional plans using commercial analysis - Use your broad business knowledge, credibility, and influence to anticipate needs, propose solutions, and drive education, evolution, and organizational change - Implement Apple's channel programs and work with your team and partner leadership to optimize opportunities - Understand the details of your organization's performance and financials to report on demand generation activities and broader Apple offers and initiatives Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience, with at least 5 years in a people leadership role Background leading an organization focused on technology sales, solution-based selling, and/or similar function Significant industry knowledge and broad-scale understanding of the wireless carrier market (e.g., customer profiles, trends, challenges, opportunities, competitive landscape, etc.) Ability to build, lead, and develop inclusive teams and attract and retain talent through performance management, coaching, guidance, and support Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate internally and externally Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions Ability to set the pace for teams by energizing a sense of urgency, quality, priority, and focus Sharp business acumen, strategic planning, and decision making skills; Forward-thinking mindset to analyze the market beyond the short term, foresee future possibilities, and translate data to plans, strategies, and action Empathy and tenacity to support the needs of a diverse team, navigate ambiguity, and embrace change High level of integrity, trust, and accountability to do what's right Experience building meaningful relationships with strategic customers and partners to drive top-line revenue growth Experience managing a remote/geographically dispersed team is a plus Ability to motivate and inspire others, articulate vision and purpose, and advocate for Apple's values Background driving performance across a large region, country, or functional area is highly preferred
