Full Job Description
Vacatia is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Director of Sales (Mainline) to lead our dynamic sales organization within a fast-paced resort environment. This leadership role is ideal for a proven sales professional who thrives on coaching teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As the Director of Sales (Mainline), you will play a critical role in developing top-performing sales talent, maximizing sales production, and actively participating in the sales process through tours and sales takeovers. What You'll Do:

Lead & Develop Sales Teams
  • Inspire, coach, and mentor sales representatives to exceed performance goals.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings, trainings, and motivational sessions.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy, customer-focused sales culture.

Drive Sales Performance
  • Monitor daily production, sales metrics, and team effectiveness.
  • Analyze inventory and financial sales data to maximize profitability.
  • Support sales representatives through active sales takeovers (T/O).

Engage with Prospective Owners
  • Conduct resort tours and present vacation ownership opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the sales process.
  • Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and confidence.

Recruit & Train Talent
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales professionals.
  • Develop team members through continuous coaching and performance management.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years Sales Manager and up leadership experience on the Mainline/Frontline in the Timeshare industry.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills
  • Must be able to lead, train, and develop a team
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
  • Ability to conduct multiple resort tours daily

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven stats as a leader overseeing the Mainline
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Physical & Work Requirements

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and conducting uninterrupted resort tours of approximately three hours each. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and occasionally outdoors in varying weather conditions.
