Position Summary

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Sales to lead the vacation ownership sales operations at Shenandoah Crossing Resort. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, maximizing sales performance, developing high-performing sales professionals, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Director of Sales will provide strategic direction, coaching, and operational leadership to achieve business objectives while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and success.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Managers and Sales Executives to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Drive overall sales performance, revenue generation, and profitability for the sales center.

  • Assist sales professionals with overcoming objections, closing sales, and completing required documentation.

  • Facilitate individual and group training focused on sales effectiveness, product knowledge, and leadership development.
  • Foster a positive, customer-focused, high-performance sales culture that aligns with Hilton Grand Vacations' values and standards.
  • Analyze sales trends, production reports, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable employment standards.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and drive business results.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, providing support, leadership, and motivation to the team.

Commission & Bonus Role: The range of the role is $225,000 to $375,000 annually, plus commission and bonuses governed by a compensation plan.
