Collect information and document bugs with colleagues across Technical Support, QA and Engineering for product issues that are impacting customers; serve as internal and external point of contact on customer escalations and ensure customer issues are resolved as expediently as possible.
Analyze, design, develop, deploy, test and debug complex, scalable enterprise computer applications that are critical to core business function relating to digital ordering and customer engagement solutions using Java technologies (i.e., Core Java, Collections, Servlets, JDBC, JMS, JSON & JUNIT).
Use sound design practices to design and implement application functionality that satisfies the needs of the business; analyze problems and implement solutions that trade off architectural constraints of functionality, usability, performance, reliability, scalability, cost, and time-to-market.

Able to discuss (within own area of expertise) requirements with a customer, and to challenge and clarify when appropriate; from the requirements, able to develop a high-level design or plan, and then estimate the amount of effort required to deliver; able to advise the engagement owner about the risks associated with this work.
Develop, document, manage and maintain project schedules, scope, change management and outcome variances; creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Partner effectively with colleagues across the organization, including but not limited to: Sales, Account Management, Marketing, UX & Visual Design, Product Management, Project Management, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, Menu Services, Technical Support, etc.
