Full Job Description
Location: New York, NY

Work Model: In-person preferred (flexible for the right candidate)

Industry: AI for home services (vertical SaaS)

Compensation: $100K-$120K OTE (60/40 split); ~$60K base (junior) to ~$80K base (senior)
The Opportunity

This is an SDR role for someone hungry to break into tech sales and grow fast. You will drive top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold outreach, building the relationships and opportunities that fuel the sales team. Strong performers move quickly, there is a clear and fast promotion path to Account Executive for SDRs who crush it.

You will join a lean, ambitious team and work directly alongside people who win by doing whatever it takes. For the right person, this is a launchpad.
Responsibilities
  • Drive top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Identify and engage prospects across home services industries
  • Book qualified meetings and set up the sales team for successful conversations
  • Build product and industry knowledge to qualify and engage effectively
  • Take ownership of your pipeline and continuously look for creative ways to win
Requirements

  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, intense startup environment
