Compensation: $100K-$120K OTE (60/40 split); ~$60K base (junior) to ~$80K base (senior)
The OpportunityThis is an SDR role for someone hungry to break into tech sales and grow fast. You will drive top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold outreach, building the relationships and opportunities that fuel the sales team. Strong performers move quickly, there is a clear and fast promotion path to Account Executive for SDRs who crush it.
You will join a lean, ambitious team and work directly alongside people who win by doing whatever it takes. For the right person, this is a launchpad.
Responsibilities- Drive top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Identify and engage prospects across home services industries
- Book qualified meetings and set up the sales team for successful conversations
- Build product and industry knowledge to qualify and engage effectively
- Take ownership of your pipeline and continuously look for creative ways to win
Requirements- Hunger, ambition, an owner's mentality, and a genuine drive to win
- Coachability, curiosity, and resourcefulness
- A high-performance track record in competitive environments (sports, chess, arts, etc.)
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, intense startup environment
- Open to new graduates or candidates still in school (with flexibility for 2-3 days/week during the school year)
- Bonus: prior sales or prospecting experience, or an entrepreneurial background
