Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales, pipeline, bookings, forecast, and performance data to identify trends, variances, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain reliable reports, dashboards, and automated workflows that improve business visibility, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Investigate data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution with business and technical partners.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and Finance to support forecasting, reconcile commissions, and monitor performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to define reporting requirements, maintain data integrity, and deliver accurate information according to recurring business deadlines.
  • Research and validate customer and account information to improve database quality and support executive-level analysis.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business partners and leadership.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to simplify or automate processes, reduce manual effort, and strengthen data quality and controls.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, reporting definitions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support Salesforce-related activities, including data maintenance and user support.
  • Contribute to broader Global Commercial Operations initiatives and continuous-improvement efforts.


Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate clear conclusions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, formulas, and charts.
  • High attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating clear process documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in Commercial Operations, commercial analytics, or reporting is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or comparable CRM and business intelligence tools is a plus.

Working Conditions
  • This role will be based on-site in the Santa Clara, CA (Patrick Henry) site
  • Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary.

Physical Requirements
  • Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or in meetings.
  • Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
  • Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
