RN Unit Manager
St. Anthony Park Home is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee an assigned floor and lead day-to-day nursing operations. This role reports directly to the Director of Nursing and is a great fit for an RN who enjoys leading a team, staying close to the floor, and making sure residents receive strong, consistent care.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinical operations on an assigned unit
- Lead, support, and supervise nursing staff
- Help ensure care plans, documentation, and compliance requirements are followed
- Work closely with the DON and interdisciplinary team
- Support quality care, accountability, and strong day-to-day floor operations
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
