Shift: Monday-Friday 8a or 9a to 4:30p or 5:30p
The Dept of Surgery Ambulatory clinic cares for patients who are pre and post-op Endocrine and Melanoma surgical patients. The RN will be collaborating with providers, patients, and the clinic team, helping optimize the pre-post surgical experience, coordinating patient care and needs, and providing clinical nursing support as needed. This RN needs to be flexible, able to triage patient needs, understand Epic and Teams, and be able to travel to Green Spring Station and JHOC as needed. This position has the ability for some hybrid work 1-2 days/week after completing the probationary period.
Qualifications:
- ADN required; BSN preferred; must matriculate into BSN program per nursing guidelines
- RN license required at time of hire
- Active CPR required at time of hire
- Minimum of 6-months experience required; 1-2 years preferred with surgical experience ideal

Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
