The Right-of-Way (ROW) Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all right of-way, easement acquisition, contractor oversight, and construction related activities associated with municipal pipeline, water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects. This position serves as the liaison between engineering teams, property owners, consultants, contractors, utility providers, and municipal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of capital improvement projects (CIP) from design through construction and project closeout.
The ROW Project Manager oversees utility corridor planning, land acquisition efforts, contractor performance, construction budgets, payment approvals, signage and traffic control implementation, permitting, and installation of new pipeline infrastructure within public and private rights-of-way.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Urban Planning or related field
3-5+ years of experience managing right-of-way, utility, pipeline, water, wastewater, transportation, or municipal infrastructure projects
Experience managing various teams internally and externally related to projects
Project management experience
