    • Base Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 USD per year (Tax Free/Net)
      • Offer will be aligned based on experience and qualifications within approved salary range
      • Bonus Eligibility: Up to 20% Quarterly (Quarterly performance bonus, based on achievement of agreed financial targets and KPIs)
  • Benefits: Vacation (10 days), Sick Days (10 days), Medical (50% Employer paid). After the fifth (5th) year of employment, this will increase to 15 days of vacation.

Position Summary: The Revenue Assistant Manager at ONE GT, Grand Cayman is responsible for supporting the Director of Rooms & Revenue in maximizing hotel revenue, profitability, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and market share through effective pricing, inventory management, distribution, forecasting and data analysis.

This is a commercially focused role that goes beyond reporting and data analysis. The Revenue Assistant Manager will take an active part in analyzing performance, identifying opportunities and risks, recommending and implementing pricing and inventory strategies, and participating directly in revenue-related decision-making alongside the Director of Rooms & Revenue.

The role will work closely with Sales, Reservations, Front Office, Finance, Marketing and E-commerce teams to ensure revenue strategies are executed accurately and consistently across all systems and distribution channels.

Key Performance Indicators:

Performance will be measured against a combination of commercial, analytical and operational objectives, including:
  • Room revenue, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR against budget, forecast and previous year
  • RevPAR Index (RGI), ADR Index (ARI) and Occupancy Index (MPI) versus the competitive set
  • Forecast accuracy (daily, short-term and long-term)
  • Business mix and channel revenue contribution
  • Rate parity and accuracy of rates, inventory and restrictions across all channels
  • Data integrity of rate codes, market segments, sources and channels
  • Timeliness and accuracy of daily and management reports
  • Quality and implementation of pricing and revenue recommendations
  • Group pickup, wash and displacement management

Core Responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring & Analysis
  • Monitor daily hotel performance, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, pickup, booking pace, and forecast, comparing results against budget, forecast, and previous year.
  • Analyze daily pickup, cancellations, no-shows, demand patterns, and future occupancy to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
  • Analyze STR performance, including Occupancy Index (MPI), ADR Index (ARI), RevPAR Index (RGI), competitive-set performance, and market share.
  • Conduct market-segment and channel analysis to identify business mix, revenue contribution, and opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Provide management with clear analysis, explanations of performance variances, and actionable revenue recommendations.

Pricing, Inventory & Distribution
  • Monitor market demand and competitor pricing, making pricing modifications and inventory adjustments when required.
  • Manage and audit room rates, availability, restrictions, promotions, and rate parity across direct, OTA, GDS, wholesale, and other distribution channels.
  • Maintain accurate room inventory and optimize room-type availability, rate levels, overbooking, and stay restrictions according to demand.
  • Review and evaluate promotions, packages, negotiated rates, and distribution channels to ensure they support revenue objectives.
  • Ensure pricing, inventory, restrictions, and promotions are correctly implemented across all relevant systems and channels.

Forecasting, Groups & Market Intelligence
  • Assist with daily, short-term, and long-term forecasting, incorporating pickup, cancellations, groups, market conditions, events, and historical trends.
  • Monitor group business, room blocks, pickup, wash, and potential displacement opportunities in coordination with Sales.
  • Monitor local events, holidays, conferences, and other demand generators and incorporate market intelligence into revenue strategy.

Data Integrity & Reporting
  • Create and maintain rate codes, ensuring correct market-segment, source, channel, package, and reporting configuration.
  • Maintain high standards of data cleanliness and integrity, ensuring reservations, rate codes, market segments, sources, and channels are accurately classified.
  • Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports, pickup reports, market segment reports, occupancy reports, and other management reports as required.

Collaboration & Commercial Support
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue, Sales, Reservations, Front Office, Finance, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to execute revenue strategies.
  • Support the Director of Rooms and Revenue with ad-hoc analysis, revenue projects, system audits, and other commercial initiatives as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, distribution or a comparable commercial hospitality role.
  • Demonstrated experience with pricing, inventory controls, forecasting and rate-code management, beyond reporting-only responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, explain performance variances and make actionable recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of hotel KPIs (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR), STR reports and competitive-set analysis.
  • Working knowledge of direct, OTA, GDS and wholesale distribution channels, channel management and rate parity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with property management, revenue management and channel management systems such as Opera, IDeaS, Duetto, SynXis or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present analysis and recommendations to leadership.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Previous supervisory experience or experience acting as back-up to a Revenue Manager is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline preferred but not required.
  • High work ethic and self-initiative, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced hotel environment.
  • Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times.
  • Regular attendance according to established guidelines, with flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs.
