  • Use GA4, NetSuite, Klaviyo, Pushly, CDP, campaign, journey, cohort, and channel data to identify growth opportunities, emerging cohorts, and next actions.
  • Track revenue, conversion, CTR, opt-in rate, repeat purchase, purchase frequency, CLV, unsubscribe rate, deliverability, loyalty engagement, incremental lift, and web push engagement.
  • Participate in weekly business reviews with performance vs. targets, key learnings, risks, opportunities, and recommended next actions.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Execution
  • Partner with Web Operations, analytics, technology, merchandising, creative, performance marketing, customer service, and product teams to connect retention and loyalty campaigns to business priorities and clean onsite execution.
  • Bring current knowledge of lifecycle marketing, loyalty, web push, personalization, deliverability, CDP use cases, owned-channel audience development, retention testing, and eCommerce customer engagement.
  • Translate performance insights into clear recommendations, action plans, and cross-functional follow-through.
