Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day sales activity for West authorized retailers.
  • Monitor sell-out activity at each point of sale.
  • Monitor competitive landscape within the region, distribution changes and provide constant feedback to the sales team.
  • Support partners in planning, product allocation and stock management based on the agreed assortment.
  • Develop and monitor action plan to achieve commercial qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
  • Monitor the Brand Experience in all market touchpoints.
  • Analyze market and customer developments as well as development of cooperative action plans (CRM).
  • Ensure Piaget image complies with the Maison guidelines in each point of sale.
  • Support the training programs for Sales Teams.
  • Prepare and conduct monthly visits & meetings with partners.
  • Develop proposals to strengthen the distribution network.
  • Evaluate the potential of new shop-in-shops and coordinate their implementation.
  • Support retailer events within territory.


Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in luxury sales/retail preferred, luxury watches/jewelry experience is a plus.
  • Responsible, confident negotiator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer orientation with a healthy dose of ambition.
  • Sales talent with modern omnichannel retail understanding.
  • Independent, proactive approach with strong analytical skills.
  • Flexible, able to independently with strong follow-through as well as part of the team and willing to travel up to 75%. Valid driver's license.
