Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Integrations Developer with strong backend development expertise to design, develop, and maintain enterprise system integrations across CRM, ERP, POS, and web-based platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building microservices, APIs, and scalable integration solutions using .NET technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications, system integrations, and software interfaces between internal and external platforms.
• Design and build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using .NET Core/.NET 6+.
• Integrate enterprise systems using internal and third-party APIs.
• Monitor, analyze, and enhance existing applications to improve performance, functionality, and reliability.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain backend services supporting CRM, ERP, POS, and other enterprise applications.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications running in Kubernetes environments.
• Configure and manage Kubernetes resources, including ingress controllers, ConfigMaps, and Secrets.
• Develop event-driven integrations using messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Design and optimize SQL queries and database interactions with SQL Server and Oracle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in rotational on-call support for business-critical retail systems.
• Utilize Git for source code management and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and application deployment activities.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-10 years of software development experience.
• Strong backend development experience with .NET Core/.NET 6+ and C#.
• Experience designing and developing microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of system programming and data structures.
• Experience working with Kubernetes (K8s), including application deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes ingress controllers, ConfigMaps, and Secret management.
• Experience with message queue technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Experience using Git for source control.
• Experience with Visual Studio IDE and modern development frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Docker and creating Dockerfiles.
• Experience administering Kubernetes environments, including application deployment, monitoring, backups, and data management.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience writing automated tests.
• Familiarity with NestJS, Symfony, ReactJS, or Angular.
• Experience using Confluence and Jira for project management and collaboration.
• Experience supporting enterprise retail, CRM, ERP, or POS integration environments.
