Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail ReIM Developer / Techno-Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and maintain Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) solutions within a retail merchandising environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Retail applications, including ReIM and RMS/MFCS, with experience supporting invoice matching, financial integrations, production support, and enterprise retail processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure, support, and enhance Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) solutions.
• Develop and maintain ReIM customizations and extensions.
• Support invoice validation, invoice matching, and discrepancy resolution processes.
• Troubleshoot invoice matching failures, batch processing issues, and production incidents.
• Monitor ReIM batch jobs and ensure successful execution of production processes.
• Design and develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, database objects, and batch processes.
• Optimize SQL queries and troubleshoot Oracle database performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production support issues.
• Support integrations between ReIM, RMS/MFCS, Oracle EBS Accounts Payable, ERP systems, financial systems, and external vendor applications.
• Develop and support interface monitoring, data reconciliation, and integration processes.
• Assist with data migration, application deployment, and system upgrade initiatives.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Prepare technical specifications, functional documentation, and support documentation.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Retail solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM).
• Experience supporting large-scale retail merchandising environments.
• Experience integrating Oracle Retail ReIM with Oracle RMS and/or MFCS.
• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Experience working with Oracle Database.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging Java-based applications.
• Experience supporting batch processing, production support, and system monitoring.
• Experience with data migration, enterprise integrations, and interface development.
• Strong understanding of invoice matching processes, including two-way and three-way matching.
• Knowledge of merchandise invoicing, Accounts Payable processes, supplier invoicing, chargebacks, vendor reconciliation, and retail finance operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Oracle Retail Cloud and Invoice Matching Cloud Service (IMCS).
• Experience migrating Oracle ReIM to Invoice Matching Cloud Service (IMCS).
• Experience integrating Oracle Retail with Oracle EBS Financials.
• Experience with Oracle Retail Cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of retail supply chain and merchandising processes.
• Experience supporting global retail organizations.
