Where retail meets culture: we're looking for a General Manager to lead our Malbon boutique in Boston, MA. This role is for a dynamic retail leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings energy to their team, and knows how to create unforgettable customer experiences. You'll be responsible for driving sales, elevating operations, and making the store a cultural destination for both golf enthusiasts and fashion-forward communities. From product drops and visual storytelling to local activations and partnerships, you'll keep the store fresh, relevant, and connected to the community. You'll set the tone for the team, manage day-to-day operations with precision, and deliver on the brand promise of creativity, inclusivity, and excellence. This is a full-time, in-store position (five days per week). What You'll Do • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team that delivers elevated customer experiences. • Own sales results and use KPIs (conversion, AOV, UPT) to drive sustained business growth. • Maintain operational excellence: inventory management, scheduling, merchandising, and store presentation. • Create authentic connections with customers, ensuring every interaction reflects Malbon's values and culture. • Curate in-store activations and community partnerships that drive traffic and build brand awareness. • Represent Malbon as a cultural ambassador inside and outside the store. What You'll Bring • 5+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record in customer service and sales leadership. • Knowledge of and passion for golf-both golf fundamental expertise and cultural awareness. • Strong ability to analyze retail KPIs, optimize performance, and make data-driven decisions. • Experience with apparel retail and delivering premium client experiences. • Community-driven mindset with a talent for building relationships and networks. • Comfortable leading from the floor: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining a hands-on presence. • Detail-oriented, agile, and entrepreneurial-able to balance strategy with flawless execution. • Must be 18+ years of age. Compensation & Benefits • Annual salary range: $90,000 - $110,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
