Seeking a mid-level to senior associate with five or more years of experience at a top firm representing debtors and creditors in large, complex chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate finance and be familiar with issues investors face in complex restructurings.

As a Restructuring Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency. You will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
