Lead and support theBusiness Center efforts focused on recruitment, opportunity alignment,re-assignments, and employee & candidate advocacy. Engage and participate in Business Center implementation of resource management, facilitating continuous improvement with mobility, hiring& opportunity alignment, and maximizing project team collaborationand communications.
Collaborate with Business Center Resource Officer in all aspects of talent acquisition and personnel resource management.
Lead the hiring process including interviewing candidates for traveler assignments, establishing compensation packages, determining the restrictions/preferences of each employee's and candidate's travel.
Evaluate and problem solve the Availability and Needs for all Business Units within the Business Center to organize and strategize employee opportunities.
Collaborate with Business Center and Project Leadership for employees and candidates' opportunities inclusive of pursuits, conversions and overall engagement.
Engage with Business Unit and Jobsite leadership to closely coordinate the timing, duration, position, travel criteria, and special conditions of each assignment to formalize offers and mobility memos.
Lead and participate in employment candidate interviews.
Lead post interview discussions with interview teams and provide clear and actionable feedback in writing for the Resource officer to make decisions on employment offers.
Be an advocate for all employees and candidates to better align opportunities with individual development and goals.
Review and align resources with our portfolio inclusive of Staff projections, internal needs and external requisitions.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be 150,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD annualized.

- Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction or similar, and minimum of 20 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Knowledge of the responsibilities of operation roles including Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, Safety, Quality Control, MEP Engineer, Scheduling, Controls/Budget Management and Administration.
Knowledge and understanding of project organization, hierarchy and reporting structure. Understanding of project Staff/team organization and deliverables, qualities of a high performing team culture.
Ability to recognize high performance qualities of a College Graduate and Experienced Hire employee candidates
Management of competing demands, while meeting established deadlines
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Experience managing staF, able to provide direction, delegation, and performance feedback
Proficient computer skills and Microsoft OFice suite of applications
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
Air and auto travel as necessary for the role
Provide leadership to positively influence change.
