What You Will Do:
  • Be responsible for the requirements documentation and analysis project workstream
  • Support the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner in translating contractual requirements into team or vendor activities/software development user stories
  • Support the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner in translating contractual requirements into team activities/software development user stories
  • Support the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, and Digitization Lead in tracking the digitization vendor's completion of contractual requirements
  • Document project requirements and create written presentations to report requirements status
  • Verbally brief requirements analysis workstream activity status at daily team stand-ups and client-facing meetings


What You Will Need:
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or Additional FOUR (4) years experience in Lieu of Degree.
  • Minimum of FOUR (4) years of experience distilling, documenting, and tracking requirements for multi-work stream projects
  • Outstanding team collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic consulting project environment
  • Excellent project management skills
  • The ability to clearly communicate requirements and acceptance criteria to non-technical clients/audiences and establish outstanding client relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeTM suite of productivity software tools


What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
  • Experience using Atlassian software development project management tools Jira and Confluence


The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
