Role : Maximo Development Lead - DoS Location: Arlington, VA Duration: 1+ year DEVELOPMENT LEAD The Contractor shall support a global deployment of the IBM Enterprise Asset Management application Maximo. The Contractor shall possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree or possess relevant work experience with IBM Maximo version 7 or higher, including two or more years' experience working with IBM Maximo 6 and recent experience with Maximo 7.5. The individual shall assist in CMMS implementation; assist in process definition and development; assist in upgrading functionality of CMMS package through front and back-end changes; and assist in routine troubleshooting for system upgrades and functionality improvements. The individual shall possess an expert knowledge of Maximo 7; Maximo Workflows; Maximo Cron Tasks; Maximo Application Designer; Maximo Integration Framework, and the TRM's Rules Manager software suite. The individual shall provide daily direction to a team of Contractor staff to develop, modify, maintain and improve IBM's Maximo application. The candidate reports directly to a Government Technical Monitor (GTM) and directs the day-to-day activities of five contract staff. The position includes the following responsibilities: 3upport implementation of Maximo 7.X and above as Enterprise Asset Management solutions; 3anage the development performance criteria and advise the CMMS steering committee and GTM regarding all development requirements; reate and improve existing Maximo applications to enhance current operations; ead and manage development team contractors by providing daily direction and technical acumen to maintain awareness of product enhancements, especially related to vertical specialties and functionality; ecommend, develop and expand usage of under-utilized Maximo functions and ancillary software products which sustain daily operations; aintain awareness of service solutions, upcoming software releases and patches; nsure that technical services, such as screen changes, data load/migration and custom programming are delivered as scheduled by the GTM; and evelop requirements documents and solutions for CMMS project documents.
