Job Description:Job Description:This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
- Drive requirements, prioritization, and execution of reporting book of work (Tableau)
- Maintain documentation of products and contacts for maintenance/changes
- Present operational data metrics and details to peer data groups (business and tech) and log and action follow-ups
- Collaborate with leads across data management functions to prepare consistent and thorough standard operating procedure documentation
- Develop and maintain a repository to catalog SOP's, SLAs, and other artifacts related to data management functions
- Administer JIRA tracking engagement across the RFT DQCE Portfolio team's BAU and project activities. Ensure teamwide activities are logged and updated routinely.
- Administer the team's collaboration sites
- Fill gaps in operational data functions as needed
Required Skills:- 5+ years of professional experience
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills (PowerPoint)
- Creative visual and written abilities to create effective communication materials and process documentation
- Tableau (Design)
- Project management experience
- Data management/governance experience
- Extremely meticulous in approach to work
- Proven ability to meet deadlines

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$78,200.00 - $157,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
