TheReplenishment Associateplays a critical role withinReplenishment as a strategic partner to the Demand Forecasters and Buying and Planning teams. Theyare responsible formanaging receipt flow and inventory to meet customer demand while supporting financial goals. Replenishment Associates are expected to drive results by proactively managing in-stock performance, mitigating inventory risk, and collaborating cross-functionally.

A Day in the Life

  • Collaborate with Demand Forecaster andMerchant partners to createaccurateinventory and receiptplansthat alignwithcustomer demand, merchandise strategy, and financial goals.

  • Drive pre-season planning by providing data-driven recommendations, scenarioplanning,andactionable strategies.

  • Own and manage replenishment item performance;Maintainaccurateitem-level plans and communicate risks, opportunities, and insights to stakeholders.

  • Proactivelyidentifyand address gaps in assortment and inventory health, recommendingopportunities.

  • Lead open-to-buy management through data-driven decisions by sharingreceiptspend and flow with stakeholders to ensure financial alignment.

  • Partner with suppliers to understand capabilities, trends, and opportunities, and buildstrong vendor relationships.

  • Participate in key merchandising meetings (e.g., strategy reviews, style outs) to shareReplenishmentinsights and recommendations.

You Own This If You Have

  • 2+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning, inventory management, or related field.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on outcomes and solutions.Statisticsproficiencypreferred.

  • Experience managing high-SKU, high-revenue, and/or seasonal categories.

  • Demonstrated ability toinfluence acrossteams using data and insights.

  • A customer-first mindset and a strong understanding of the retail environment.

  • Ability toproactively and effectively communicate with cross-functionaland externalpartners.

  • Led strategic supplier negotiations andcultivatedlong-term partnerships.

  • A growth mindset, embracing change and continuous improvement.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft OfficeExcel, Planning, and Forecasting tools;adaptability to new tools and processes.

Pay Range Details


The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$93,500.00 - $155,000.00 Annual
