Position: Remote Digital Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Digital Transformation Manager to lead and support enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experiences, and drive digital innovation. The ideal candidate will oversee transformation programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing workflows and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage change management activities and promote adoption of new systems, processes, and tools.
  • Coordinate with IT, Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones to senior leadership.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to support continuous improvement efforts..

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, business process improvement, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise transformation projects.
