Summary of the RoleAs a
Relocation Manager, FF&E Logistics, supporting our Construction Services business unit, for a National Banking Client for their new Relocation and Renovation of their Investor Center, you will be is responsible for coordinating relocation activities, FF&E logistics, furniture planning and installation, styling, plants, artwork, and related opening-readiness work. The role partners closely with project teams, vendors, branch leadership, and installation teams to support move sequencing, field coordination, issue resolution, and final branch readiness.
Responsibilities- Lead relocation planning and execution for new Investor Centers, branch relocations, and phased renovations.
- Provide furniture estimates for cost summaries and coordinate with Project Managers, finance, scheduler, and furniture vendors.
- Send construction documents to furniture vendors; receive, review, and approve furniture proposals; support furniture PO creation; and track order status through receipt at the local dealer.
- Coordinate furniture delivery, installation, electrician furniture whips, stylings installation, coffee/water service, plants, artwork, signage readiness, technology/security interface, and final placement.
- Manage installation sequencing around construction completion, final cleaning, furniture delivery, furniture installation, styling, plants, technology/security installation, artwork, turnover, acclimation, white-glove cleaning, and opening.
- For relocations, coordinate existing branch closure, move into the new branch, decommissioning of FF&E, turnback construction, exterior signage removal, and turnover of space/keys to the landlord.
- For phased renovations, coordinate preconstruction moves, phase relocations, furniture installation by phase, demising-wall impacts, temporary closure signage, and branch/customer continuity.
- Validate furniture specifications, plan quantities, dealer counts, field conditions, installation constraints, damage issues, missing items, punch list items, and warranty/final completion requirements.
- Work from furniture specifications and plans, including item codes, locations, quantities, and dealer verification requirements.
- Coordinate with furniture dealer, Project Manager, GC/CM, electrician, branch leadership, vendors, movers, plant team, artwork/styling teams, and security/technology teams.
- Maintain relocation and FF&E punch lists through completion and support project closeout.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree or technical certification in construction management, project coordination, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in relocation, move management, FF&E coordination, furniture installation, facilities coordination, retail interiors, corporate interiors, or a related field.
- Experience reading and interpreting furniture plans, furniture schedules, finish/specification packages, and construction documents.
- Strong experience coordinating vendors, managing logistics, maintaining punch lists, and resolving field issues.
- Ability to manage tight installation windows, weekend or evening work, branch move sequencing, and occupied-site constraints.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project tracking tools, and furniture/vendor order tracking systems.
- Ability to track furniture orders, installation status, punch list items, field issues, and closeout requirements across multiple active projects.
Work LocationThe work for this client is currently east coast based, therefore, our preference is that candidates be located near our soon to be new office in King of Prussia, PA. The expectation is that you can be there for a monthly meeting. You can be hybrid out of another office (West Chester, PA or Philadelphia, PA; or Somerville, NJ) or remote the other times.
*Travel: There may also be up to 20% travel required for this position (currently east coast).
