Summary of the RoleAs a
Project Manager, Design & Construction, supporting our Construction Services business unit, for a National Banking Client for their new Relocation and Renovation of their Investor Center, you will be is responsible for coordinating all phases of project delivery, including due diligence, design development, budgeting, entitlement readiness, permitting, bidding, construction execution, opening readiness, and closeout activities. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of coordination among internal teams, consultants, contractors, landlords, vendors, and client stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and budget, and in accordance with client standards and program requirements.
Responsibilities- Manage assigned Investor Center projects from project launch through opening and closeout, ensuring alignment with client standards, scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Lead project planning activities including due diligence, feasibility reviews, budgeting, approvals, site readiness, and overall project setup.
- Coordinate design development, construction documentation, landlord approvals, permitting, and entitlement activities to support successful project execution.
- Manage construction procurement, bidding, contractor coordination, trade releases, and preconstruction activities.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination among clients, landlords, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, change management, quality standards, and issue resolution, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct project meetings, site visits, progress reviews, and turnover inspections to ensure successful delivery and adherence to project requirements.
- Coordinate technology, security, furniture, signage, relocation, and operational readiness activities required for branch opening and occupancy.
- Manage project turnover, punch list completion, warranty items, financial reconciliation, closeout documentation, and final stakeholder acceptance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement while maintaining accurate project documentation, compliance requirements, and program standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree or technical certification in construction management, project coordination, or a related field preferred.
- 8-10 years of project management experience in construction, design, corporate interiors, retail, banking, financial services, or similar environments.
- Experience managing projects throughout the full lifecycle, including due diligence, design development, budgeting, entitlement and permitting, procurement, construction execution, landlord coordination, opening readiness, and project closeout.
- Strong understanding of design documentation, landlord approvals, cost management, permitting processes, bidding, field construction, FF&E coordination, technology and security integrations, punch list management, and closeout procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, stakeholder communications, issue resolution, documentation, and cross-functional project teams.
- MS Office required.
- Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools.
- Experience with Workfront or equivalent project management systems.
Work LocationThe work for this client is currently east coast based, therefore, our preference is that candidates be located near our soon to be new office in King of Prussia, PA. This role can also be located near our Duluth, GA office (to support an additional program). The expectation is that you can be in King of Prussia, PA for a monthly meeting. You can be hybrid out of another office (Duluth, GA; Somerville, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; or Philadelphia, PA) or remote the other times.
*Travel: There may also be up to 20% travel required for this position (currently east coast).
