OverviewThis position assists in maintaining relationships with client executives, supporting cross-selling efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience. The role involves recommending and structuring basic credit and financing solutions for client needs. Also supports senior team members in ensuring controls are in place and helps identify potential risks within the business unit as well as helping support or lead company prospecting efforts. Ensures alignment and compliance with corporate strategy, internal policy, applicable laws, and regulations.
Responsibilities & QualificationsDuties & Responsibilities:
Relationship Management and Portfolio Management - Serve as a relationship management contact for large portfolio of clients, identifying needs, working with internal partners to structure customized solutions to solve complex client issues. Ensure high quality products, service and platforms are available to clients, escalating issues as needed. Leverage growing expertise about core banking products, platforms, and services, to recommend appropriate solutions to meet client needs (SVB Go, financing solutions, private banking, wealth advisory, analytics, payments, cards, cash management).
Business Development and Relationship Expansion - Attend industry events regularly and help support more senior team members to curate small events to cultivate external network. Assist in both maintaining relationships with existing referral partners and external sources, helping to identify and engage qualified prospects while building the muscle for outbound prospecting and broader market development. Assist in recommending credit and financing solutions for client needs. Support senior team members in providing insights aligned with client needs and market trends. Partner with Credit Solutions, Senior Credit Officers and the Sales Originations teams as applicable to support the management and execution of credit deals (net new opportunities & modifications to existing borrowers).

The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $142,125 - $189,500 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay.
