The Regulatory Compliance Manager II manages quality assurance execution across application delivery and regulated quality services to ensure consistent quality outcomes and compliance with defined requirements. Implements standardized QA processes, testing protocols, and quality controls that validate delivered functionality against business and compliance expectations. Oversees audit and inspection readiness for quality deliverables, including documentation integrity, issue remediation, and stakeholder coordination. Ensures execution of proposal and quote deliverables for quality services, including scope definition, assumptions, and compliance-aligned deliverables.
Implements QA standards, procedures, metrics, and reporting to sustain fit-for-purpose delivery.
Validates requirements coverage through test strategy, test plans, traceability, and release readiness criteria.
Operates continuous testing platforms, including administration controls and execution reliability expectations.
Standardizes defect, incident, and problem workflows, including triage rules, prioritization, root cause expectations, and closure verification.
Authors and maintains controlled documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records for audit readiness.
Executes client and regulator audit and inspection activities, including evidence preparation, response development, and remediation governance.
Administers regulated quality processes, including deviation investigations, CAPA, complaints, change control, and product disposition decisioning.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in quality assurance/quality management within a regulated and/or operational services environment (e.g., GxP/GDP, logistics/distribution, shared services, customer contact centers, or technology delivery), or a related field required.
2+ years of experience in a management capacity required.
Certification:
Certification in ASQ certified quality auditor, certified professional in healthcare quality, QMS, or equivalent certification preferred.
