How you'll make an impact in this role- Lead clinical program operations by effectively coordinating nursing activities and resources to ensure the highest standards of patient care within the department.
- Champion clinical excellence by developing, overseeing, and updating nursing programs, policies, and procedures to serve as the go-to expert resource for the nursing team.
- Design and drive personalized care plans and therapy programs, ensuring every patient receives the precise, high-quality treatment they require.
- Empower and guide nursing staff through direct supervision and mentorship, fostering a collaborative environment focused on clinical success.
- Manage critical clinical documentation to ensure seamless communication, strict regulatory compliance, and continuity of care for every patient.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date require.
- Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
hire.
