Job Description:Schedule: Full Time Days
Shift: Days Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (weekend coverage every 8-10 weeks)

AdventHealth territory South suburb, Bloomingdale, Hanover Park, Addison area Mileage reimbursement provided: $0.76 per mile

- Participates in the transfer of patient information to ensure continued quality care.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships within the practice and other departments.
- Implements and monitors patient care plans to ensure effective treatment.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
- Serves as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Leads and mentors staff to ensure optimal performance and competency in care delivery.
- Conducts holistic, individualized assessments of each patient considering age, physiological, and psychological status.
- Administers commonly used drugs and solutions in Cardiology and IR procedures.
- Documents all phases of patient status while responsible for their care.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Education:- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Field of Study:Work Experience:- 1+ years experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:$66,372.80 - $106,204.80
