Where You Will Work:

A 32- bed Cardiac Unit specialized in patients with complex heart conditions including acute coronary syndromes, heart failure, arrhythmias, post 6cardiac cath and procedural care, and post 6cardiac surgery recovery. Our nurses provide continuous cardiac monitoring with patient ratios of 4 65, collaborating closely with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver high9quality, evidence9based care. The team culture isa0supportive with a shared commitment for optimal cardiac nursing care while also providing a truly extraordinary patient experience.

We9re Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You9ll Do:

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
