Job Requirements

JOB SUMMARY: A clinically competent professional who utilizes the nursing process to direct and deliver care to the patient population in the primary care office setting.

LOCATION: Danny and Gail Jones, Primary Care, Bel Air

542 W Macphail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014

Work Experience

Education & Training:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Maryland.

Certification in BCLS required.

TRIAGE experience a strong preference.

Additional certification and training as determined by department per job task list.

Work Orientation & Experience: Orientation based on experience level and determined by unit.

Skills & Abilities:

Ability to:

a) convey effective verbal and written communications

b) utilize basic assessment and critical thinking skills

c) organize and manage time effectively setting appropriate priorities

d) make independent decisions consistent with current policies, procedures and nursing standards

f) adapt hours of availability to variable and changing needs of the office, including all shifts

g) effectively function as a member of a collaborative team

h) respond to emergency situations appropriately

i) adhere to standards of behavior and support Culture of Excellence.

Benefits

Full-Time Days (8am-5:30pm) Monday through Friday

Pay Range: $36.83 - $55.29/hr. (depends on years of experience)

Other Compensation (if applicable): Shift Differential
