How you'll make an impact in this role• Lead Nurse Manager operations, workflows, and nursing resources to support efficient patient care delivery across assigned nursing units.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, strengthening patient safety, clinical quality, and consistent standards across assigned nursing units.
• Direct staff hiring , training, development, and evaluation to build capable nursing teams and maintain high-quality patient care services.
• Coordinate resolution of patient care issues, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Monitor nursing unit budgets, approving expenditures and purchases to maintain financial compliance while supporting safe , effective patient care .
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience required.
- 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
