Schedule: Full Time | Day 40 hours per week | 6:45am-3:15pm Monday-Friday 10 hour shifts on call required for CVOR surgical cases. Part of the POD system.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,500
How you'll make an impact in this role• Deliver direct patient care as a Licensed Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) during surgical and invasive procedures, ensuring safety and optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform scrub and circulating responsibilities, managing instruments, sterile technique, and real-time patient monitoring to support seamless operative workflow.
• Coordinate comprehensive perioperative patient care before, during, and after procedures, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to maintain continuity and quality improvement standards.
• Assist surgeons with intraoperative tasks including hemostasis, suturing support, wound exposure, and patient positioning to enhance procedural efficiency and safety.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- One or more of the following required:
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
What additional preferences we're seeking- CVOR circulating experience in the OR, at least 2 years
