Human Touch Home Health is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to lead our Washington, DC clinical team. As our Clinical Manager, you'll guide and support a dedicated team of nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides while ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily clinical operations of our Washington, DC office
• Supervise and mentor nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides
• Review OASIS assessments, plans of care, and clinical documentation for quality and compliance
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Conditions of Participation, and accreditation standards
• Monitor quality metrics and lead performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, and interdisciplinary team members
• Conduct case conferences, clinical audits, and staff coaching
• Support employee development, retention, and clinical excellence

Qualifications

• Active Washington, DC Registered Nurse (RN) License Required
• Multi-State License Preferred
• Minimum of one year of Home Health Clinical Management or Supervisory Experience Preferred
• Strong Knowledge of OASIS, Medicare Regulations, and Conditions of Participation
• Experience with WellSky/Kinnser or Similar Home Health EMR Preferred
• Excellent Leadership, Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Passion for Building High-Performing Clinical Teams
