Job title : Regional Sales Manager

Location: Quebec City - Remote

At Nespresso, we believe that every in-store interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable moment for our consumers. We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to support our growth in the Quebec region.

Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Director, you will play a key role in executing our national commercial strategy. You will be the face of Nespresso to our retail partners and will have the opportunity to directly influence sales, customer experience, and brand visibility within your territory.

In this role, you will have the autonomy to manage your territory as if it were your own business. You will collaborate with key partners, negotiate strategic in-store placements, lead promotional initiatives, and contribute to the development of our demonstration programs.

Your mission: make Nespresso the leading reference for premium coffee in retail stores.

What your day-to-day will look like

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:
  • Develop strategic relationships with the managers and sales teams of your retail partners.
  • Ensure optimal Nespresso product presence through merchandising excellence and flawless in-store execution.
  • Analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Negotiate premium placements and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility.
  • Manage demonstration programs and contribute to the training and development of brand ambassadors.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales and execution objectives.
  • Act as a true Nespresso brand ambassador with both partners and consumers.

  • More than 3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or account management.

  • Strong analytical abilities and the capability to translate data into high-performing action plans.
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel throughout your territory.
  • Postsecondary education in Business Administration or a related field.
