Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, retailers, and business partners
  • Lead and coach a team of 2–3 Territory Managers to drive performance and engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns and ensure brand consistency
  • Oversee compliance with MCA agreements and manage regional budgets effectively
  • Identify and implement process improvements for internal and external operations
  • Represent Miele at trade shows and participate in international travel as required

What we are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 5 years of account management or retail sales leadership experience
  • Experience with high-end or luxury brands preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel within Canada and internationally
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events and trade shows
  • Strong analytical skills, quickly identify risks, and possess a good understanding of complex interrelationships
  • A keen sense for efficient business processes, and thinks entrepreneurially and is solution-oriented
  • Someone who can present results in a structured and persuasive manner
