The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a proactive, results-driven sales leader responsible for driving profitable growth and increasing market share within the region. This role develops and executes regional sales strategies, building strong relationships with longstanding distributor partners, key contractors, and manufacturer representatives. The RSM identifies opportunities that align customer needs with Field Controls' solutions and works to achieve customer goals, strengthen partnerships, expand market presence, and drive sustainable sales growth throughout the region.

Regional Sales Manager- Field Controls

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, and manufacturer representatives, and key accounts.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Lead, coach, and support independent sales representatives to maximize territory performance.
  • Conduct joint sales calls, customer visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions to support customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and strengthen market position.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service and Marketing) to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and territory performance reports.
  • Represent Field Controls at industry trade shows, distributor meetings, and customer events.
  • Ensure effective execution of company sales initiatives, pricing strategies, and growth objectives throughout the territory.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in HVAC.
  • Experience with industrial customer engagement, and technical product portfolios including air filtration systems, HVAC components, and purification solutions.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and selling abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Concur, and CRM.
