Job Description

Due to our continued growth and success, we have a new position open for aRegional Sales Manager 6 Intercom & Access Control, Canada. The successful candidate may be based in Vancouver, BC, the GTA, ON or Montreal, QC.

You enjoy promoting high-quality products and assisting our partners in the sales and education of Axis Communications solutions within the designated territory.

What You9ll Do Here5

  • Create a region wide business plan that will achieve and exceed sales and margin targets for the region.
  • Develop and grow key Integration partners who will drive usage among their end users.
  • Discover and cultivate key A&E specifiers in the region who will support and specify 2N and Axis products in project based opportunities.
  • Develop key relationships with distribution branches that support 2N and Axis.
  • Work with the Canadian team to develop best practices and transfer knowledge within
  • Identify and participate in key industry events, meetings, trade shows, conferences and associations promoting 2N/Axis within the industry.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reports on activity and pipelines using Salesforce. Keep all reporting up to date on a weekly basis and achieve pipeline and opportunity targets as set by sales management.
  • Be a team player working with all 2N and Axis personnel to advance our overall business.
  • Work always with the highest level of ethics and proper business etiquette.
  • Achieve monthly and annual quotas.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Pay range:

The approximate total compensation range for this location and position is $145K-$170K, which includes a 70% base / 30% commission OTE, corporate bonus and car allowance. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual9s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the province.
