Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail management experience or customer-focused role.
• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Competent in customer focus and strategic thinking.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete retail store operations including staffing and inventory management.
• Adjust staffing levels to adapt to business needs.
• Spend significant time on the sales floor interacting with customers and coaching staff.
• Achieve organizational and personal performance goals.
• Lead initiatives to ensure high customer service within company policies.
• Continuously recruit and train outstanding sales staff.
• Maintain appealing visual merchandising according to T-Mobile standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert for customers, providing product knowledge and support.
• Engage with the community through local events and public relations efforts.
