Regional Sales Manager - Dry Mineral Processing at McLanahan, you'll play a critical role in expanding market share and driving sales growth for our dry processing equipment throughout North America. What You'll Do- Drive territory sales growth
Develop and execute sales strategies that support territory growth, increase market share, and achieve established sales goals. - Promote dry processing solutions
Represent McLanahan's dry processing product lines, including equipment used for feeding, crushing, screening, dry sizing, classification, and material conveyance. - Develop dealer relationships
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with equipment dealers and sales representatives throughout your assigned territory. - Support equipment selection and application reviews
Help customers identify the right equipment by evaluating material characteristics, throughput requirements, particle size, and desired processing outcomes. - Maintain strong customer relationships
Provide ongoing support to existing customers while developing new business opportunities throughout the territory. - Provide post-sale support
Assist customers with technical questions, equipment performance, and application support as needed. - Represent McLanahan at industry events
Coordinate and participate in trade shows, conferences, customer visits, and other industry events to promote McLanahan products and solutions. - Manage sales opportunities
Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and work with customers throughout the sales process to secure new business. - Collaborate across departments
Partner with project managers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project execution. - Deliver presentations and product training
Develop and present sales presentations, technical training programs, and product education sessions for customers, dealers, and representatives. - Conduct material testing and analysis
Coordinate or perform testing related to particle size distribution, screen performance, crushing results, flowability, moisture sensitivity, abrasion, sizing outcomes, and other dry processing applications. - Prepare reports and documentation
Develop quotations, reports, proposals, correspondence, and other sales-related documentation. - Stay current on industry trends
Maintain and expand knowledge of mining and dry mineral processing technologies, applications, and market developments. - Support continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in business improvement efforts and contribute ideas that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance. - Travel extensively to support customers
Visit customer sites, dealer locations, trade shows, and industry events throughout North America and internationally as needed.
What You BringExperience and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mining, Mineral Processing, or a related field preferred.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in sales, applications, engineering, or technical support related to dry mineral processing, mining, crushing, or screening equipment.
• Strong knowledge of dry mineral processing equipment and applications.
• Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing and/or ISO environment preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50-70%).

Physical RequirementsThis position is primarily based in an office and field environment. The role involves sitting, standing, computer work, customer visits, and frequent communication with customers and team members. Significant domestic and occasional international travel is required, including travel to mines, processing plants, trade shows, and customer facilities.
