DescriptionJob Duties:- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes across the sales organization. Monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency in sales planning. Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders as needed.
- Support equitable assignment of sales force quotas, ensuring optimal allocation across all sales channels and resources.
- Ensure timely assignment of sales organization objectives.
- Identify opportunities for sales process improvement, working closely with sales management to assess process quality, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor the accuracy and distribution of sales reports and other critical intelligence. Recommend revisions to existing reports or assist in developing new reporting tools. Investigate performance variances, diagnose root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement enabling technologies, including CRM systems, and ensure compliance with data standards. Collaborate with sales management and IT to optimize the effectiveness of technology investments and represent sales team requirements.
- Coordinate training delivery for sales, sales management, and support personnel. Assist in identifying effective content development and delivery approaches.
- Provide input to senior leadership on the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs. Support administration of sales compensation policies in collaboration with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources.
- Direct and support consistent implementation of company-wide initiatives within the sales organization.
- Build strong peer relationships and collaborate with key management personnel to support organizational goals.
Education and Experience:- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of sales or sales management experience in a healthcare-focused, business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, either as an individual contributor or as part of a team in a supporting or management role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Achieve sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the supported business unit.
- Ensure on-time implementation of sales organization quotas and performance objectives.
- Drive thorough execution of initiatives impacting the sales organization.
- Efficiently allocate technology, support, and training resources to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting essential for sales organization performance.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:- Frequent interaction with Physicians, clinical leadership, senior executives, internal departments, external partners, and healthcare clients.
- Frequent travel to clinics, client sites, conferences, or industry events.
- Position requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive patient and business information.
- Work may extend beyond standard business hours to meet organizational goals or support sales initiatives.
- Regular use of computers, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business productivity and collaboration tools.
- Collaborative, team-oriented environment with a focus on aligning sales strategies with clinical operations and organizational objectives.
