As a first-line manager and overall business leader for your region, you will own revenue growth across our three core offerings: SAP professional services, managed services, and software. You will directly manage a team of Account Executives while also exercising influence over inside sales, marketing programs, and other functions that support your region's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Set clear performance expectations; conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal coaching sessions.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent to maintain a high-performing, engaged team.
  • Create a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer obsession.
  • Own and deliver against a regional revenue target spanning professional services, managed services, and SAP software.
  • Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy aligned with company goals and mid-market priorities.
  • Personally engage in strategic pursuits, executive-level relationships, and key deal cycles as needed.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Partner with inside sales leadership to align prospecting motions and ensure pipeline generation targets are met in your region.
  • Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with delivery, pre-sales, and partner teams to shape winning proposals and ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Serve as a visible regional leader representing the company at industry events, SAP ecosystem forums, and customer executive briefings.
  • Build and maintain a regional business plan including territory coverage, account segmentation, and growth priorities.
  • Provide executive leadership with market intelligence, competitive insights, and deal-level visibility.
  • Leverage CRM (Salesforce or similar) to enforce pipeline hygiene and data-driven decision making.

Position requires travel to client sites and regional events as required, must be flexible to travel 25%-50%.

  • Minimum of 3 years leading sales organizations with demonstrated team-level attainment at or above 100% in at least 3 of the last 5 fiscal years, across a services and/or software environment with average deal sizes of $500K+ TCV.
  • Minimum of 3 years developing and executing GTM strategy for SAP solutions - implementations, migrations, managed services, or licensing - including territory design, coverage modeling, and pipeline governance across a portfolio generating $10M+ in annual bookings.
  • Minimum of 2 years leading geographically distributed sales teams across 2+ regions, with a track record of establishing repeatable sales motions, forecasting discipline, and remote team accountability.
  • Minimum of 3 years driving growth within mid-market accounts ($100M-$1B in revenue) through structured account planning, executive relationship development, and coaching sellers through multi-stakeholder, 3-12 month sales cycles engaging 4+ buying personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, VP Operations, Procurement).
