Full Job Description
We9re hiring a Regional Project Manager at our Advanced Solutions rental facility in Phoenix, AZ and we9re looking for someone who9s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Regional Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the scope of project installation and completion of project scope.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain all compliance regulations related to position
  • Must be able to train and coach heavy equipment and aerial lift associates on equipment trouble-shooting and product knowledge
  • Travel to all heavy equipment machinery and aerial lift locations to help set up correct procedures
  • Working knowledge of current fleet in all locations
  • Must stay up-to-date on all safety procedures relating to fleet
  • Develop multi skill level heavy equipment and aerial lift training programs for EquipmentShare Product Specialist and Field Service Mechanics
  • Assist Project Specialist in technical sales applications
  • Engineer and manage large projects

Education and Experience
  • Past project management/job foreman experience
  • Must be a subject matter expert in company owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts
  • Prior experience facilitating training (in the classroom or the field) required
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to travel frequently
  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend and stoop for periods of time
  • Ability to be in extreme weather conditions for a period of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
