The Regional Perfo & Transformation Manager acts as the primary representative for Commercial Process, Performance & Transformation (ASCX) in their respective region, bridging the gap between regional teams and the central ASCX pillars (processes, performance, data analytics and automation). The role is designed to drive change, foster a culture of creativity, commercial excellence and continuous improvement, and lead strategic transformation projects that support Satair's commercial objectives.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Regional Commercial Project Portfolio Leadership: 35%
- Accountable for the regional commercial project portfolio's financial impact and performance metrics, ensuring it drives commercial excellence in the region in alignment with ASCX and in support of the Regional Managing Director.
- Lead and support regional and global transformation projects and initiatives aimed at driving change, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Commercial organization. These projects directly contribute to the broader Commercial (ASC) project portfolio.
- Ensure the timely achievement of key milestones and deliverables by leveraging LBIP and Agile project methodologies.
Regional AOS Roadmap Execution: 30%
- Accountable for the successful implementation of the AOS (Airbus Operating System) regional roadmap in alignment with ASCX and in support of the Regional Managing Director.
Regional Representation & Connectivity: 20%
- Represent ASCX in the region, acting as a critical connector between regional teams and the rest of the ASCX focus pillars (processes, performance, data analytics, and automation).
- Represent ASCX in R-CSRB (Regional Customer Satisfaction Review Board) and other necessary commercial forums.
- Represent the voice of the region in global projects and initiatives outside of ASC.
Culture & Continuous Improvement: 10%
- Proactively drive a culture of creativity, commercial excellence and continuous improvement within the assigned Region.
Additional Responsibilities:
Other duties as assigned: 5%
ABOUT YOU
Equipped with a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a highly related field, paired with 5+ years of related experience specifically leading cross-functional, regional and global continuous improvement and transformation projects and initiatives in a complex setting.
We are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-10 years) in a similar role, specifically leading cross-functional, regional and global continuous improvement and transformation projects and initiatives in a complex setting.
- Strong understanding of aviation aftermarket commercial operations, coupled with expertise in process optimization methodologies, preferred
- Additional certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), highly desired
- Ability to travel up to 30% Domestic and International
Citizenship:
- Authorized to work in the respective region without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
Physical Requirements
- Onsite or remote: 80 % Onsite - 20% remote
- Vision: able to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings.
- Hearing: able to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on the production floor including safety warnings or alarms.
- Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications.
- Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts.
- Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs.
- Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs.
- Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools.
- Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on the computer.
- Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.
- Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor.
- Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice.
- Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces.
- Personal Protective Equipment required: Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site
- Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visits, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.
Salary range based on the required profile: $104000 - $135000/year. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on geographic differential. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
