Job Description/ResponsibilitiesThis On-Premise Regional Manager role is built for someone who knows how to grow brands through strong customer relationships, distributor partnerships, and disciplined execution. You'll own the strategy and performance of key on-premise accounts within your region, working closely with distributor partners to drive distribution, visibility, and share growth for Sazerac's priority brands. This is a highly collaborative, field-facing role where you'll combine data, market insights, and relationship management to influence decisions and deliver measurable business results.
What You'll Do•
Lead distributor and customer partnerships to grow distribution, visibility, and share across priority on-premise accounts
•
Develop and execute joint business plans that align pricing, programming, and promotional strategies to market opportunities
•
Use KPIs and market insights to identify growth opportunities, improve execution, and drive distributor performance
•
Train and influence distributor teams to strengthen brand knowledge and ensure consistent execution in market
•
Partner with sales leadership to share market intelligence, monitor competitive activity, and shape local growth strategies
Qualifications/RequirementsQualifications / RequirementsRequired:- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of sales management experience within the on-premise beverage alcohol or CPG industry and 2+ years of experience in Distributor Management and/or Key Accounts, with a proven track record of success.
- Proven experience managing distributor and customer relationships to drive distribution, volume, and market share
- Strong analytical, communication, and business planning skills, with the ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred:- Experience managing regional or national on-premise accounts at the buyer or HQ level
- Background in market development, sales analysis, or identifying growth opportunities through data
- Experience working within distributor-driven sales organizations
