The position also involves ensuring a safe environment exists and that all maintenance activities comply with State, Federal, and Company requirements. Salary Range: $121,000-$151,000 AnnuallyTransdev is proud to offer:- Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks

Responsibilities: - Monitors, evaluates, and takes corrective action for improved performance of maintenance operations within region.
- Examines and evaluates current operations to develop action plans and strategies to maximize operational efficiencies.
- Fills in as Maintenance Manager when vacancies occur, and assist General Managers with hiring new Maintenance Managers.
- Trains and oversees new and current Maintenance Manager in company requirements.
- Reviews KPI, WAR, FMS, and Financial reports to identify problem/ challenge areas.
- Participates in start-ups and shutdowns as necessary.
- Assists with compliance regarding all environmental programs.
- Conducts annual vehicle audits for all locations in region.
- Monitors competition of maintenance related deficiencies reported on corporate audits.
- Provides feedback to General managers and Region Staff as to the performance of maintenance managers in region
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by the Director of Maintenance or RVP.
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Advance technical training.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Five years proven experience in passenger transportation or comparable service industry maintenance management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various performance indicators including KPI, WAR, DataStream and financial statements.
- Independent thinking skills with high levels of prioritization skills.
- Excellent leadership, customer relations, and interpersonal skills to communicate and cooperate with clients and other department.
- Knowledge of HR systems and tools.
- Committed to a Safety Lifestyle.
- Valid driver's license.
