The Payroll Manager ensures accurate payroll processing, compliance with tax, benefit, and deduction regulations, and maintains employee records. Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing staff while providing leadership and guidance on payroll-related matters. - Competitive compensation package of minimum $84,000-$104,000
Benefits include:
- Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews employee time records for accurate reporting and schedule compliance
- Processes adjustments, bonuses, and other payments as needed
- Prepares necessary reports for management and compliance purposes
- Ensuresthat allbenefits, tax and other required deductions are properly implemented and processed
- Manages the employee and payroll files
- Manages the year end statement process, including revisions
- Responds to employee and manager inquiries as required
- Recruits, selects, develops, manages, motivates, coaches, and mentors assigned employees; provides guidance and direction on problems and issues; delegates work assignments considering employee skills and development needs.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED - Bachelor's degree preferred
- Reviews employee time records for accurate reporting and schedule compliance
